Honor Philly Celebrates Jazz Month with the Free Library’s Music Department and the Philadelphia Jazz Project with an evening of performance, conversation and a presentation of illustrations from the Jazz Project’s new book, Philadelphia Jazz Stories Illustrated: Volume One. This work shares engaging stories, memories and historical accounts from, or about members of Philadelphia’s influential jazz community, all exquisitely illustrated by visual artists associated with Philadelphia.

Every story is accompanied by exquisite illustrations created by talented visual artists from, or associated with Philadelphia.
