Jazz Walk In Fairmount Park

Sunday, October 13th; Noon - 4 p.m.
Philadelphia Jazz Project presents JAZZ WALK

Take a stroll with the PJP in beautiful Fairmount Park around the 
East Park Reservoir starting at 33rd & Diamond Streets or 33rd & Oxford Streets.


JAZZ WALK is a FREE event, featuring Jazz Performances, free snacks & water. Wear comfortable shoes or sneakers for walking and if you need to, bring a lightweight, portable chair.

Purpose: To create a one day place in our city to celebrate Philadelphia Jazz. On this day, we ask Philadelphians to join us answering the question: Is our local jazz history important enough for us to showcase and celebrate with the world?


Take the walk and show the world that it is!

If you were planning to attend our sponsor, The Painted Bride's Sunday Jazz Series Event Featuring The Fresh Cut Ensemble with Orrin Evans, piano from 2pm – 5pm....no worries, you can do both. we will have a free trolley leaving from the Bride at 11:30am to bring you to JAZZ WALK and returning to the Bride in time to get to the show.
