Welcome to Philadelphia Jazz Project
Best Of Frosty Mixtape
Dec 9, 2016
Happy Holiday everyone!! For three years, from 2013 through 2015, PJP presented the Frosty Holiday Concert Series. Taking place at the historic, Irvine Auditorium on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania in West Philadelphia, over 2,500 people witnessed those awesome, family friendly events. Speaking of family friendly, families and children were always in the house. Frosty audiences were some of the most diverse audiences that many of us had ever witnessed. They looked like Philadelphia; young, adult, older adults, Black, White, Asian and Latin. Together, we had some great times and witnessed some amazing performances.
We reached out to WRTI's J. Michael Harrison, who served as the co-producer and MC of the Frosty Concert Series to help us put together an audio collection of great moments from the concerts. We'd like to share this FREE DOWNLOAD MIXTAPE as a holiday gift to both those who were present at the concerts, as well as to those who did not attend. We hope these special moments bring you joy and peace.
